Product Returns

Would you like to return goods?

• this form is used to search for an order for product returns only for orders placed without registration. If you placed your order as a registered user, you can find your orders in your profile after logging in (or directly via this link: /eshop/user-profile/documents/), where you will also find the button for returning goods.
• please check whether the goods meet the conditions for return; see the terms and conditions for more information
• please send the returned goods complete, adequately packaged and, if possible, including all accessories that were part of the delivery.
• the refund will be processed within 14 business days after the goods have been received and inspected in our warehouse
• send the goods to our address; you may choose the carrier according to your own preferences
• under no circumstances send the goods cash on delivery
